For the third installment of my festive pictures, I'm sharing all the snippets from both a Christmas Day & Boxing Day spent with family & dear friends. For the "Big Day," I wore a brand-spanking-new rose-printed cotton wiggle dress from retro-inspired English label, The Pretty Dress Company that I purchased (on Christmas Eve Eve, no less!) from That Shop at Westfield Carindale in what could only be described as a fit of pique at the fervent, pushy crowds, black suede & patent leather slingbacks with silver buckles & pointy-toes from Peter Sheppard for a look that was both comfortable & slightly less "dressed up" than my usual & finally, a matching malachite resin bangle & chunky cocktail ring from Dinosaur Designs for that final, modern touch.

Gingerbread & Butterscotch Sponge Pudding with Glitter
SERIOUSLY the best Christmas Pudding that I have EVER tasted... this is our second year of getting in early & purchasing these little beauties from our local Coles Supermarket & it won't be our last!

Our own little "light show" after the sun went down...

When it came to jewellery, I wore my wood watch with suede band that I found at one of the many market stalls within The Strand at Coolangatta & a stunning silver wave-shaped hinged bangle from Najo (discovered at the sublime Precious Stones) that my parents gave me for Christmas.
