With all this rainy weather we've been experiencing, I'm thinking back to warmer, drier summer days wearing this stunning purple & blue tropical floral print cotton mumu dress with ruffles, handmade in the USA sometime in the 1960s (by the looks of it) & discovered at the always amazing Retro Metro Paddington. Truth be told, I've come to think of it as the "home" of American vintage in Brisbane, that's how good the selection is! I've styled it up for modern times with a pair of purple vegan leather slingback heels from Gorman for a modicum of height & a natural woven straw crossbody bag from my local Target store to carry all the essentials & underscore the bohemian, coastal vibes.
