Spent a wonderful Tuesday evening celebrating the birthday of my darling younger brother Louis (as well as my cousin Nicholas who celebrates his special day on the 22nd) with dinner at one of our new favourite places, Peak Thai at Orion Springfield Central, where the food & ambiance are absolutely divine!
For this special occasion, I decided to wear something slightly edgier than my usual attire - a navy & black dress from Anthea Crawford with jersey bodice & licorice-allsort-striped organza fit-to-flare skirt, tied in the middle with a black grosgrain ribbon; funky monochrome tribal heels from Wittner with a matching vinyl bowling-style handbag from Colette by Colette Hayman to bring in a lighter hue & finally, a statement-making chunky antique tribal silver cuff that a dear friend found long-ago in Marrakesh & gave me as a Christmas present a few years past.
