'Tis the season to celebrate with dearest family & friends & these pictures - taken at Carina Leagues Club a week or so out from the "big day" - certainly show what an amazing time we had dining on some mouth-watering fare & marking a slew of December birthdays as well as partaking in all the festive frivolity... albeit inside where there was plentiful air-conditioning away from the Queensland summertime heat & humidity. For the occasion, I wore a gorgeous navy & cream shell embroidered cotton puff-sleeve midi-length shirtdress from a label caled Little Couquette that I picked up from the delightful Oh Jo Jo Boutique, styled up with a pair of gold metallic leather woven heels from Bresley that I found at Obsession Shoes (my absolutely go-to for all things footwear at the "top of town" in Ipswich) for a modicum of height, a woven cream, navy & blue striped handbag with wood beaded handle from TK Maxx to carry all the essentials & some funky jewellery pieces - a pair of wooden bangles from Thousand Island Dressing to keep the beachy/bohemian theme going & a single gold bangle from Lovisa (given to me as a birthday present from a dear family friend) to pick up on the shirtdress' gold buttons & add a touch of shine to complete the look.
