Beautiful Brisbane

After checking out the breathtaking views from the Mt Gravatt Lookout & getting a fresh chop & colour from the inimitable Krop Hair at Coorparoo, I headed to Bulimba for a cheeky peek around the boutiques before enjoying lunch at Oxford 152 with Mum & Dad. Scroll down to see how it all unfolded...

Finally sharing all the beautiful pictures of the outfit I wore for a morning spent exploring leafy-green, boutique-lined Bulimba with family & friends before partaking in some delicious, high-end "pub grub" at one of our favourite haunts, Oxford 152. I'm walking below the sprawling Moreton Bay fig trees in a sumptuous boucle shift dress with attached cape detail from celebrated Aussie fashion designer Carla Zampatti (the ideal option for Queensland owing to its heavy fabric & light colourway suited to our sub-tropical climate), off-white woven cropped cardigan with three-quarter sleeves from hippie haven Trottie Becke, tan leather pointy-toed mules with chunky heels from Wittner & matching tan leather crossbody bag with chrome hardware from Elk the Label, found at the divine Mott & Mulberry at Indooroopilly. When it came to jewellery, I kept it simple - a chunky, vintage carved bakelite bangle, gifted to me by a dear friend to add that final, bohemian touch to the ensemble.
