Spent last Sunday exploring what can only be described as a little piece of paradise in the middle of the bustling cityscape - the City Botanical Gardens. After browsing at the Riverside Markets & sampling some of the delicious multicultural cuisine, my mother & I spent a few hours marveling at the wonders of nature & relaxing by the meandering Brisbane River.
Scroll down to check out how the day unfolded & find out what we both wore...
Posing in the sunshine by the Permaculture Duck Pond in a stunning large-scale floral satin dress by Anthea Crawford, comfortable-yet-stylish black leather & elastic gladiator sandals from Novo, fringed suede cross-body bag from Rockmans (bought for a grand total of $21 at their latest sale) in a funky burnt orange shade & straw cloche hat with black lace trim by Morgan Taylor at Myer.
