Finally sharing snippets from our recent festive celebrations, beginning with pictures from Christmas Eve & Christmas Day in the Penny household! For the day-before-the-big-day when we hosted some family members for brunch, I wore this stunning muted yellow checked textured organza tiered midi dress (try saying that three times fast!) with tie straps from whimsical British label Sister Jane, a pair of buttery leather slides with gold buckles from Frankie 4 Footwear, a funky handmade gold choker-style necklace with blue & green semi-precious stones with matching cuff from "hidden gem" Temptations Boutique at Winston Glades Shopping Centre to complete the look & add a spot of bright colour to the mix.

Waking up to a rather warm & humid day in South East Queensland for the penultimate moment but undeterred in this stunning vibrant pink organza tiered midi dress with shirred bodice from British label Sister Jane's premium diffusion label Dream Sister Jane, styled up with a pair of funky patchwork leather sandals from the delightful Obsession Shoes boutique at the Top of Town in Ipswich, a vintage silver bangle from (sadly now defunct) 20th Century Antiques & Collectibles at Coolangatta, a stack of vintage Mexican silver bangles that were gifted to me by some dear friends & finally, the Erstwilder x Hello Kitty resin brooch from earlier in this post, luckily opened on Christmas Eve & the perfect finishing touch to the outfit.
