Tamborine

Spent last Friday exploring Mount Tamborine with a dear friend, enjoying the winding mountain roads, freezing temperatures, delicious food & drink, eclectic boutiques & divine antique stores with a litany of interesting wares to rummage through...

Scroll down to see how the day unfolded & what I wore to ward off the chill.

Tempura Barrumundi & Warm Asian Salad with Homemade Aioli Dipping Sauce from the Mount Tamborine Winery for lunch.

Going... well, cuckoo... at the German Cuckoo Clock Nest!

Feeling Sweet...

Posing on the Gallery Walk in a myriad of layers: a purple & black leaf-printed jacquard fit-to-flare dress with black velour bodice & grosgrain ribbon waist detail from Anthea Crawford, multi-coloured woven long-sleeved waterfall jacket from Tree of Life, collarless black leather & mesh panel jacket from City Chic, leather short boots with stretch (akin to R.M Williams) & bronze studs from Witchery & a vinyl tote bag from Basque to carry all of the essentials. A bright red Nepalese woolen hat with handmade rainbow flower detail was the perfect finishing touch & pop of bright Winter colour. Thanks for the amazing birthday present, Susan Jorgensen!

Fashion Stylist's Dream

Posing in Green Archways... ah, the life of a blogger...

You know what they say: "Be Yourself, unless you can be a Unicorn; always be a Unicorn." Well, this is the next best thing! Posing WITH a unicorn...
