Finally posting all the pictures of the outfit I wore to Fleetwood Mac's Brisbane concert! Although I am a die hard Buckingham fan, I decided to dress like my "spirit animal," gypsy queen Stevie Nicks in this stunning large-scale daffodil printed silk Hathor maxi dress with ruffled hemline for movement, matching three-quarter-sleeved long-line kimono & thin scarf/wrap, purchased quite some time ago in anticipation from a store called Addable at Mt Ommaney Shopping Centre. Yep, layer-upon-layer of bohemian goodness! Check it out in its simplest form (sans kimono) below:

When it came to footwear, comfort was key & this pair of edgy leather & elastic gladiator sandals from Novo fitted the bill perfectly, particularly when mixed with this fringed & woven bag from Sportsgirl to carry all my concert essentials (ticket, money, phone, hairbrush, lipstick) while leaving my hands free to rock out... As an avid concertgoer, I find cross-body bags to be the "safer" option: they are worn close & don't need to sit on your lap or the floor, meaning there's less chance that you could lose anything or have anything stolen in the crush of other music-lovers heaving closer & closer to the stage...

Jewellery was simple & statement-making - a chunky wooden bangle with sparkly beading, gifted by a dear friend who lived in India & a silver, moulded cuff from St Paul's Cathedral in London, purchased on my trip to Europe in 2012.
