Floral pastels are ideal for the Wintertime in Queensland... especially if the dress in question is this stunning lurex & chiffon number from Review with its full sleeves, elasticated waist, bodice buttons & dainty neck tie... I've styled it up for a more mild day with a pair of blush pink leather booties with wooden stacked heels & laces from Jo Mercer for a modicum of height & a woven straw crossbody bag from my local City Beach store to carry all the essentials. When it came to jewellery, I added some special vintage pieces - a silver bangle from 20th Century Antiques & Collectibles given to me by my younger brother, a stack of Mexican silver bangles from some dear friends who now reside overseas & a funky 1970s silver & pastel enamel mood ring to complete the look & add some bohemian flair.
