Can't resist a mirror selfie in this sweet ensemble - a gorgeous large-scale floral linen midi dress from my local Portmans store, blue leather bow sandals from a label called Isabella that I picked up at a little boutique in Burleigh Heads, a natural woven straw bucket bag with diamantes from Oh Jo Jo Boutique to carry all the essentials & my gold, silver & brass studded bangles from Tree of Life that I've had for more than 15 years & still love as much as the day I added them to my collection!

Father/Daughter leisurely brunch at Flavours Cafe in Boonah on a cooler morning in South East Queensland... Really can't resist their homemade pumpkin soup, whatever the weather...

Really getting into "sets" lately & this two-piece, powder blue crepe vest & pants (cropped by me to wear in the heat of the Queensland summer) from Preview by Target was just too divine to pass up! Absolutely loving it styled up with a pair of chocolate brown vegan leather t-bar heels with buttons & bows from girly label Kitten D'Amour, a natural woven paper slouch bag from Cotton On & a vintage horn wrap bracelet from the 1970s from New Farm Antique Centre.

Celebrating my beautiful mother's birthday with flowers & gifts & all the wonderful things she so richly deserves!

Feeling funky in this navy, white, orange & pink large-scale floral satin bias-cut maxi dress from celebrated Australian design studio Cue that I wore to an event in my beloved River City. I've styled it with a pair of stone leather lace-up heels from Jo Mercer, a stone vinyl pouch bag from TK Maxx to carry all the essentials, an oversized floral silk corsage from Anthea Crawford, my usual favourite vintage silver pieces (from various sources) & finally, for that extra unexpected flourish, a neon yellow resin ring from Thousand Island Dressing.

Like a really funky chicken who went to a party... Love this gorgeous black spotted tulle dress from Taking Shape, especially when styled with a pair of black & blush leather pointy-toed heels with matching satin shoulder bag from Nine West, vintage Mexican silver bangle stack & my beloved chunky silver wave-shaped hinged bangle from Precious Stones Jewellers to complete the look.

Any vintage hunter knows that there are certain brands that you just dream about finding when you're rummaging around antique shops, op shops or second hand stores & Diane Freis is definitely one of them! This gorgeous red & white spotted & blue floral pleated chiffon crepe midi dress with elasticated waist, ruffled neckline, rosette detailing & separate tie belt are really what dreams are made of, particuarly when mixed with a pair of beige leather & elastic gladiator-style stiletto heels from Wittner & an upcycled denim bag by Kathy Baburin for a truly eclectic ensemble...
