Relishing any sunny days that we happen to have in South East Queensland at the moment after months of bleak, rainy conditions & flash flooding in many areas. For a leisurely lunch at Providence Ripley - beer battered hot chips & aioli washed down with a piping hot chai latte from Forty West Cafe & Bar - I'm wearing a sweet purple & pink paisley print cotton midi dress with shirred bodice & ruffled sleeves from Aussie label Kachel, a pair of Limited Edition, bright pink canvas high top sneakers with "Day of the Dead" graphics printed on the sides from Converse, black 40 denier nylon tights from Razzamatazz to keep my legs feeling toasty-warm & a black leather shoulder bag from funky boutique Pigeonhole to carry all the essentials including a mask & hand sanitizer.

Attempting to make those weekend vibes last a little bit longer with all the beautiful pictures of a morning spent traipsing around Providence with my mother wearing the beautiful Maeli dress from Aussie slow-fashion label Ankoa.
