Much like yesterday's post, this floral lace dress is from Aussie brand Review, who are absolutely WINNING in the style stakes this Spring/Summer 2017/18. I was fortunate enough to wear this stunner to a performance of "La Fille Mal Gardee," a comedic ballet set in the French countryside of the 1950s where a love triangle between Lise, her lovestruck beau Colas & pompous, wealthy vineyard owner Alain... all courtesy of her meddling mother, Widow Simone.
Once again, a retro-inspired ensemble was appropriate & this beautiful fit-to-flare dress was just the ticket, particularly when mixed with a mid-length faux fur jacket from Spicy Sugar (purchased from my local TK Maxx store for under $20), matte black leather pointy-toed heels from Wittner & a suede & leather fold-over clutch from Portmans. To finish off the look, I added a matching silver & onyx bracelet & ring from Pandora. Simple yet effective.
