After a Saturday spent "shopping up a storm" & enjoying some delicious Chinese food with the family, Sunday was a time for joining dear friends to celebrate all things Greek - dancing, food, rides - at the Paniyiri Festival in Musgrave Park.

The bold, large-scale floral stretch jacquard dress from Anthea Crawford was trotted out again, this time mixed with a teal nylon anorak from Millers (that handily folds up into its own pocket to be easily carried) & traditional-style blue denim jacket from Emerson @ Big W for a more casual, outdoorsy vibe... topped off with a neutral woven hat from Before Dark (found at last year's EKKA) to keep the sun's biting rays at bay. Check out all the pieces in the flat lay below:

Unfortunately, the cooler temperatures didn't last long & the nylon anorak was soon removed, leaving only the denim jacket as well as my trust pair of black patent Ziera brogues (with comfortable wedge heels for walking to & from the train station), black matte tights & colour-blocked Anthea Crawford vinyl handbag in shades of cobalt, black, grey & white leopard print. Finishing the laid-back, festival ensemble was chunky ring from the Southbank Markets, made from wood & shell that added a bit of shine & matched the flotsam & jetsam of wooden beads & shell pieces that make up the hatband.

Scroll down to take a look at what I wore for the majority of the day:

Hazelnut Baklava. BEST. EVER.

Getting crowded...

Not pictured: 1 tired Papa & 1 overindulged Aunty Frances, wishing she hadn't gone for that last piece of Baklava...
