Beachy Keen: Part Four

Ready for the fourth day of pics from paradise? I thought so! Quick, scroll down to see what we did, where we went & (most importantly) what I wore... & remember to check the blog TOMORROW for the final installment!

Nonchalantly leaning against the railing on yet another scenic walk from Rainbow Bay to Greenmount; this time on our way to brunch at one of our favourite restaurants, Cecadas. I'm wearing a slightly longer, slightly "toned down" (read: block colour) version of the Shanti Town Hmong dress from the last post - this time in navy linen with red piping detail & I've mixed it with a pair of black & brown rubber sandals with ankle straps & gold diamante t-bar from Novo; black vinyl cross-body bag with silver hardware from Sportsgirl (seriously the ideal size for carrying all of the essentials); red, navy & brown beaded bracelet with wooden clasp from a little shop called Shambhala at Tweed City & finally, a gold & coloured, faceted bead cuff (worn far, far up on my forearm for a little bohemian flair) from a little hippie store at Burleigh Heads.

Afternoon exploration in a grey & white striped poly-blend sailor dress from the 1970s, sent to me from America; black & white ombre rubber Aussie Soles "starfish" thongs (purchased from my local Amcal Pharmacy); white vinyl cross-body bag with silver hardware from Forever New, clear resin Wayfarer-style sunglasses from Sunglass Hut & an armful of eclectic bracelets from Thousand Island Dressing at Paddington & Sea Wish Boutique at Coolangatta.

Posing against yet another railing - this time next to the stunning Tweed River - in a brightly printed Hmong dress from Shanti Town (definitely thinking these babies will be my summertime go-to dress); black woven elastic sandals from Sandgroper at Se Bliss; black vinyl cross-body bag with gold hardware from Sportsgirl; chunky yellow "lava lamp" resin bangle with matching ring from Zsiska Jewellery at Sea Wish Boutique for a pop of colour with my accessories & a wide-brimmed, woven hat from Before Sunset to keep out the heat of the day.

Late afternoons by the old Jack Evan's Pet Porpoise Pool... well, the cement that's left over, anyway... wearing a vintage 70s sunset print cotton muu-muu from Aloha Republic (found at the Woolloongabba Antique Centre); knitted poncho from Genison Style (purchased at the gorgeous boutique at Greenway Garden Centre); black & brown rubber sandals with ankle strap & gold diamante t-bar from Novo; black vinyl cross-body bag with gold hardware from Sportsgirl & funky resin "lava lamp" bangle with matching ring from Zsiska Jewellery at Sea Wish Boutique, Coolangatta.
