Southbanked!

Spent a wonderful Sunday exploring Southbank Parklands with some dear friends & their two rambunctious boys; enjoying the festive atmosphere, hitting the beach, exploring the eclectic market stalls & chowing down on some delicious pulled pork burgers & chips... washed down with salted caramel popcorn milkshakes, of course!

Scroll down to see what we did & most importantly, what I wore...

Posing up a storm against the bougainvillea while sipping some "Aztec Blood" iced tea in a vibrant grenadine stretch lace fit-to-flare dress from Leona by Leona Edmiston, khaki woven straw lace-up "flatform" brogues (THE shape for Spring/Summer 2016-17) from Wittner, bright white vinyl cross-body bag with silver hardware from Forever New & beachy shell jewellery pieces - a pair of beaded shell bangles from the little boutique at the Greenway Garden Centre & a drawstring shell & twine ankle from Sabah Lifestyle in The Strand, Coolangatta. As a final finishing touch, a navy & brown woven sunhat was perched on my head to ward off the Queensland sun's harmful rays...
