Decided to try out Betty's Burgers at Chermside with a dear friend & her little munchkin. While the customer service left A LOT to be desired - I won't go into the saga here, as I like to keep this blog predominantly positive; let's just say that it was akin to being in a teeny tiny communist country where you couldn't even sit where you wanted, despite the plethora of empty seats when we arrive but when you had an ACTUAL problem, say they literally forgot to cook your food because the person who took your order was preoccupied with arranging her break times, it was "crickets" as the saying goes - the burgers WERE actually pretty tasty, as were the fries... if a little salty after a few handfuls.

But I digress.

After visiting the Review store (my new fashion obsession) I posed up a storm in the newly refurbished food court area with all the gorgeous large-scale greenery wearing one of my favourite floral neoprene midi dresses with dipped neckline from Anthea Crawford, navy suede motorcycle jacket with silver hardware from Table Eight (found in Rockmans stores nationwide) for a little bit of attitude, shiny patent leather ankle boots from Wittner with 40 denier nylon tights from Razzamatazz to ward off the chill, a small black vinyl crossbody with silver hardware from Urban Originals & a pair of etched silver rings from Thousand Island Dressing in Paddington to complete the look.

One Word: Salty
