Finally sharing all the pictures from a day spent exploring the sights & sounds of this year's Ipswich Show! It has become a tradition to buy tickets with my mother & head off in the morning of "People's Day" (the very first day; the Friday) to check out all the show committee has to offer including the thrill rides of Sideshow Alley, historical & mining displays, animals galore (native animals, domestic animals, farm animals including cattle & all manner of birdlife & fowls), agricultural, apicultural & cultural displays, a schoolwork showcase, gardening, market stalls, performers on the Community Stage (including puppets) & a variety of food vans... to name but a few...

For the occasion, I kept it simple & casual & donned this gorgeous blue & black floral embroidered cotton empire-line midi dress with sweet cap sleeves & self-tie belt from Australian designer Sacha Drake, a pair of white leather sneakers with black patent stripes from Adidas, white ribbed cotton socks from Target & a black nylon crossbody bag from Nautica to carry all the essentials while keeping my hands fancy free! When it came to jewellery, I kept it simple - my favourite vintage Mexican silver bangle stack that some dear friends brought back from a trip overseas & a vintage silver bangle from 20th Century Antiques & Collectibles that my younger brother brought me as a birthday present one year.

Keep scrolling to see how it all unfolded...

A quick break to enjoy some Gnocchi Gnocchi Brothers while watching the performers on the Community Stage...

Another quick break - this time with an OMG! Decadent Donuts donut & piping hot cup of coffee before more performers take to the stage...
