Posting a few pictures of what I wore to an impromptu dinner with friends at a local restaurant on Monday night. This silk Personelle bias-cut midi-dress with matching short-sleeved waterfall jacket in a gorgeous blue & white French toile print was an ideal choice both for the balmy weather outside & freezing air-conditioning inside, particularly when matched with a pair of white leather, lace-up wedge sandals from Novo (for height) & a boxy white vinyl handbag from my local Forever New store. When it came to jewellery, less was definitely more - a heavily embellished bronze, faux pearl & diamante bracelet by Clue & a chunky, sparkly cocktail ring by RedEye; both Christmas gifts from a friend who recently returned from Asia... as well as the fake tattoo (replete with gold leaf) from Sportsgirl that still hasn't faded...
