Finally sharing all of the pictures from a crazy winter's day spent exploring with my cousin & her two rambunctious munchkins. We started off at the "Dinosaur Park" (otherwise known as Johnstone Park) in the main street of Rosewood, which pays homage to the area's prehistoric history before driving on to the tiny township of Laidley for a jaunt through the main street to take in sites like the "Big Clydesdale" before heading to The Old Britannia for a delicious "pub grub" lunch in the beer garden... home to a myriad of "old school" arcade games that proved to be a big hit with the small fry...

For the occasion, I donned the stunning Prairie Golden Handblocked Floral Dress from boho luxe Aussie label Ankoa with its beautiful high neckline, delicate buttons, puffy three-quarter-length sleeves & voluminous skirt, cinch in with a tie at the waist, green grandpa tweed/wool cardigan from Princess Highway to ward off the chill in the morning air, silver glitter ankle boots with elastic sides from Rollie that I picked up at a boutique called Milu in Fortitude Valley (seriously the lightest, most comfortable pair of boots that I have ever owned, hands down), a black nylon & vinyl crossbody bag from Nautica to carry all the essentials while keeping my hands free to climb, play & wrangle children & finally, a silver & mother of pearl ring from Thousand Island Dressing in Paddington to complete the look & provide some daytime shine.

Scroll down to see how the day unfolded...
