Incorporating more denim into my closet with the addition of this amazing wrap-dress-turned-longline-vest from Mossman with its double-breasted coat vibes, pointy collar & myriad of covered buttons. I've styled it up for an event at the cultural precinct celebrating all things Roald Dahl (one of my all-time favourite authors) by mixing it with another stunning Mossman dress, this time in delicate navy "swiss dot" embroidered mesh, with long voluminous sleeves, deep v-neckline & mini tiered hem, shiny navy patent leather ankle boots from Wittner, 40 denier nylon tights from Razzamatazz to keep my legs feeling toasty & a funky blue & pink boucle handbag with single navy vinyl strap & gold hardware from celebrated Aussie label Review that gives me serious 1930s/40s vibes. When it came to jewellery, I kept it simple with a gold & pink resin bangle replete with Alice in Wonderland's Cheshire Cat charms from Disney Couture that I have had for years now & anticipate wearing for years to come... after all, being "young at heart" is a state of mind not be to be underestimated...
