Feeling like one of my Marie Antoinette's ladies-in-waiting wearing this stunning dusky pink floral lace confection with satin lining, tiered hemline, shirred bodice & black grosgrain ribbon detailing from whimsical British label Sister's Jane's premium diffusion line, Dream Sister Jane styled up with a beautiful, handmade & handpainted cotton kimono that my brother brought me from a vintage fair a few years ago, a pair of black matte leather heeled ankle boots from Wittner for a modicum of height, black 40 denier nylon tights from Razzamatazz to keep my legs feeling toasty warm in these freezing conditions as well as a black vinyl 90s style handbag from Sussan to carry all the essentials including the ever-present mask & hand sanitizer. When it came to jewellery, I donned a vintage silver bangle from (sadly now defunct) 20th Century Antiques & Collectibles at Coolangatta & a stack of vintage Mexican silver bangles gifted to me by some dear friends before completing the look by sliding a handmade, dusky pink wool & silver hairclip from GOMA's gift shop into side of my dark bob.
