Posting some pictures of the outfit I wore to celebrate Olivia's Birthday (early) last Saturday! A warmer-than-average Spring day meant that cotton was the fabric of choice & this vintage Hawaiian print muu muu from Aloha Republic, with its duck-egg-blue background, greyscale tropical flowers & brightly-coloured parrots was the perfect mix of casual & festive.
Rather than wear black accessories with such a light coloured ensemble, I donned a pair of bone leather, lace-up sandals from Novo with matching bone vinyl handbag from Sportsgirl to capitalise on the dress' beachy vibe. Furthermore, a stack of beaded bracelets with silver & shell charms from Eb & Ive picked up on the vibrancy of the parrot's wings.
But it's not just my outfit that was something special!
