All dressed up with no place to go (for now) thanks to Covid 19 restrictions & humming that Meatloaf song of the same name under my breath as I type this... Keeping the spirits up, however, by donning a beautiful, embroidered mesh A-line dress in shades of black, beige & mauve from my all-time favourite Aussie designer, Anthea Crawford that I've cinched in with a wide, shiny black patent & elastic belt from British vintage-inspired label HellBunny via That Shop in Carindale & covered with a softer-than-soft, fine knitted beige cardigan with rolled collar from Witchery to ward off the chill in the air. When it came to accessories, I've been swanning around in these beautiful suede pointy-toed stiletto mules with patent straps from Nine West (word to the wise: size WAY up, as in 2 sizes up for a comfortable fit), carrying a black lace "pouched" clutch bag with wooden handles from Adorne & finishing the look with a matching black resin "wave" bangle & "rosette" ring from celebrated duo Dinosaur Designs.
