Couldn't help humming 1990s French musical duo Air's song "Playground Love" from one of my all-time favourite movie/pop culture/fashion references, Sophia Coppola's adaptation of Jeffrey Eugenides' "The Virgin Suicides" while taking these pictures... If you know, you know & I'm sorry for not only providing the musical earwig you didn't know you needed this afternoon but also reminding you that sometime, long ago in a memory far, far away, we all thought that Josh Hartnett was a heart throb with that epic monobrow...

Anyway, Gorman's new children's range is called Playground but some (actually, many if you like your chunky, oversized cardigans regular sized or even cropped like I do) of the pieces are actually able to be worn & enjoyed by all ages including this amazing play equipment, park & animal printed polyblend fold-able tote bag & matching sunhat with pull string that I've styled up with some quintessential 'grown up' pieces - a floral printed polyblend shift dress with below-the-knee hemline from Aussie designer Anthea Crawford & a pair of classic, shiny navy patent loafers from Paul Green via Peter Sheppard Shoes to complete the look.

Scroll down to see more, including some pictures of a certain feline interloper...

Just in case you blinked & missed it, here's Scout's "catwalk modelling" debut again...
