As the world gets busier & busier & the city gets more & more crowded, it's a wonderful change to spend a leisurely morning in a small, rural township like Marburg, traipsing around the heritage centre, town history museum, antique shop & little boutiques before enjoying a piping hot coffee & a sweet treat in the local park in the autumn sunshine. For the occasion, I donned the gorgeous Night Shadow Shirred Dress from vintage-inspired label Kitten D'Amour in a beautiful navy & pink floral cotton, a rainbow woven jersey cardigan from surf brand Ghanda, a pair of tan leather & elastic sandals from Wittner for the ideal fusion of comfort & style, a circular pink painted cane handbag with tan leather strap from Renee Loves Frances to carry all the essentials & a trio of bangles - a chunky, twisted brass number that I picked up from The Way We Wore Vintage Fair years & years ago; a thin, brushed brass number from my local Tree of Life store & a featherlight brass mesh number that I gifted by some dear friends for my recent birthday from the darling Hummingbird the Shop in Paddington.
