Avid readers of this blog will already know how much I love what fashion pundits often call "a ditsy print," which basically means something that is a little eclectic & distinct than classic patterns like stripes, polka dots, vintage florals or gingham. Case in point: this gorgeous Alice in Wonderland inspired twill mini dress from Trelise Cooper's youthful diffusion line, Cooper by Trelise Cooper with its plethora of butterflies, pocket watches, moths & unicorns (shown in more detail below) that bring to mind Lewis Carroll's bonkers dreamland through the looking glass that I wore to an event in the artistic enclave of Paddington. I've styled it up with a vibrant yellow polyblend double-breasted, 1980s-style blazer from Zara, black matte leather & elastic pointy-toed heels from Wittner & matching leather shoulder bag from Pigeonhole, keeping all of the elements rather basic in contrast to allow the dress to truly shine.
