Completely disavowing the notion that "blue & green should never be seen" with this stunning ensemble, worn to a recent ballet performance in the River City... prior to this recent delta-strain Covid outbreak we're unfortunately experiencing. I've styled up this amazing, ballet-inspired black taffeta flared midi dress with blue guipure lace bodice from Anthea Crawford with a sumptuous vintage green & blue shot silk Chinese jacket, a pair of black leather pointy-toe heels with elastic straps from Wittner to elongate my leg-line & a soft blue velvet roll-top clutch from Asos to carry all the essentials including the obligatory mask & hand sanitizer. When it came to jewellery, I kept it simple to let the dress & jacket shine, merely adding a funky vintage shell mosaic bangle & silver ring with blue shell (gifted to me by some dear friends) for that finishing touch of "bohemian luxe."
