Reminiscing about a time when you could just pop over to visit friends without a care in the world... & when my hair was almost as light/fringe was almost as long as it has become during this seemingly-endless #socialdistancing lockdown... I'm standing in a dear family friend's beautiful, verdant front yard wearing a gorgeous duck-egg-blue stretch lace wiggle dress with darling cold-shoulder detailing, midi-length hemline & flesh-tone satin lining from City Chic (a lucky score from the Brisbane Airport DFO for under $30), a pair of strappy beige leather heels punctured with silver studs from Wittner, a matching beige vinyl handbag from Strandbags with silver hardware to carry all the essentials & finally, a chunky Tibetan silver bracelet from a little boutique in Maleny for a modicum of daytime sparkle.
