Feeling lovely in this gorgeous, soft linen/silk mix 1930s-style midi dress with modified bishop sleeves, button-down bodice, ruched waistline & floaty, bias-cut skirt in a rich berry shade from celebrated Australian label Country Road. Truth be told, I would seriously love to purchase absolutely everything from their recent collections, which seem to have a strong deco vibe mixed with a relaxed Aussie sensibility... but I digress... I've styled it up for an event in the River City wearing a pair of vintage-inspired black vegan leather dual buckle heels from Kitten D'Amour, a black leather & natural woven straw handbag from Witchery to carry all the essentials, a thin silver hinged bangle from Oxfam, an antique Victorian silver bracelet with oversized heart locket & teeny tiny key from Kellie's Antiques that a dear friend gave me for my 30th birthday & finally, a black woven hemp facemask from Oroton to do my part to help stop the spread of Covid 19.
