Enjoying the little pockets of sunshine as the season change wearing a gorgeous pure linen midi-length milkmaid-style smock dress with shirred bodice & ruffled sleeves from Australian label Dissh, a pair of leopard faux fur & leather slingback flats with pointy-toes from Jo Mercer & an utterly divine handmade, woven straw sunhat from Polka Co at the delightful Bristle boutique in Paddington. What I love about this particular Little Black Dress (doesn't everyone need one of those?) is that it is both "of the moment" & trendy as well as timeless & therefore able to be pulled out of the wardrobe again & again, season after season. I'm looking forward to styling this number with a pair of quirky, colourful sandals & a woven bag or even a pair of high heels, a clutch & a funky, chunky necklace as we get closer & closer to the so-called Silly Season...
