Finally posting all the pictures from a day spent with a certain little munchkin (joined in some parts by his baby brother) exploring the playgrounds at Southbank Parklands before hitting the local doughnut shop for a special treat...

But before we get to that, here's what I wore for the adventure: a gorgeous blue-tone floral twill fit-to-flare dress (such an amazing shape that can be worn in so many different circumstances, dressed up or down) from Anthea Crawford; black mesh long-sleeved cropped hoodie from One Heart Los Angeles, found on a rack at TK Maxx for an absolute steal at under $10 & ideal for layering in the unpredictable Queensland weather; patchwork cotton sari material collarless jacket from Tree of Life for those bohemian vibes that really make my heart sing; comfortable sport-luxe white leather with black suede kickboxing boots from Puma & finally, a black leather handbag with silver hardware & canvas striped strap from Nautica, gifted to me by a friend & brilliant for carrying all the essentials in the many different pockets contained within.

Keep scrolling to see how the day unfolded...

Taking a break...

Painstakingly picking off every single one individually. Yep, you read that right...

Delicious jam-filled treat with Doughnut Time - honestly loved everything about it, including the kitschy, vintage-style packaging! The individual cardboard boxes make it SO easy to take any leftovers with you... without the mess. Talk about a winning formula!
