I'm so excited to share all of the stunning pictures from a morning spent in my hometown of Ipswich, exploring the historical, 1941-built greenhouse, glasshouse & formal gardens wearing the absolutely divine Pleated Lies floral midi dress in a vibrant yellow colourway from celebrated New Zealand designer, Trelise Cooper. An unseasonably warm winter's day in Queensland meant that tights & jackets were superfluous; instead providing the opportunity to "style up" the dress with a pair of whimsical blush pink leather ankle boots with wooden stacked heels & pink laces from Jo Mercer, a natural woven bucket bag from Sportsgirl (purchased in their Boxing Day sale for the bargain price of $15) to carry all the essentials & to complete the look, my favourite pieces of jade jewellery - a delicate beaded bracelet from Wanfu Jade & thin bangle from the Shanghai Markets that my brother brought back a few years ago from a trip to China.
