Ipswich Show (part 2)

You may be wondering why I'm posting MORE pictures from this year's Ipswich Show & the answer is that one trip was just not enough, particularly after missing out in 2020 due to Covid 19 restrictions! After a leisurely look around The Show with my mother on Friday, I returned with my cousin & her two rambunctious munchkins for a more frenetic visit on Sunday afternoon, racing around Sideshow Alley in an attempt to fit in as many games as our wallets would allow before a quick trip to the Pavilion to purchase an all-important Showbag on the way to pick up some food & drinks & see the Monster Trucks & Motorcycle Stunt Show from the Grandstand... well, technically, the inside of the Greyhound Club at the top of the Grandstand (excellent for social-distancing) but I'm sure you get the picture.

Scroll down to see how the afternoon unfolded...

Working as a team to choose their ducks in the hope of getting a high enough "score" for a good prize... or couple of prizes...

Driving their own Monster Trucks around an outback track... & taking it very, very seriously...

Walking or running or just chilling (?) on water inside these pumped up plastic "hamster" balls... Honestly, fun for both the participants & the people watching from the sidelines!

A few quick snaps on our way to the Monster Truck Show & Stunt Motorbikes. I'm keeping it casual yet stylish in a blue & black print cotton poplin drop-waist dress with deep v-neckline & ruffled hem from Witchery, a white cotton puff-sleeve top with black grosgrain ribbon tie around the neck from fast-fashion online emporium Shein (don't worry, it's been worn quite a few times already), a pair of black canvas sneakers from Converse with "limited edition" Scooby Doo decals on the sides & a black vinyl crossbody bag from Urban Originals that I picked up for an absolute bargain a few years ago at my local TK Maxx store.

Pretty good vantage point, if you ask me...
