Another day, another sojourn in the great outdoors; this time at the Mt Coot tha Botanical Gardens on a crisp, autumn morning. Despite the fact that some exhibits were closed (the tropical dome, epicurious garden, fernery & bonsai house to name a few) there was still much to do & many glorious leisurely walks to enjoy, including my personal favourite, the "evergreen path," that's perfect for cooler weather with its homage to bavarian climes.

For the occasion, I wore a gorgeous pink & black rose printed cotton fit-to-flare midi dress from The Pretty Dress Company via That Shop, a baby pink knitted cropped cardigan from girly label Review, a pair of comfortable-yet-stylish black leather sneakers from Adidas & a matching black vegan leather crossbody bag with silver hardware from Urban Originals to carry all the essentials while keeping my hands free.

Scroll down to see how it all unfolded...
