Truth be told, I haven't had much opportunity to get "all dressed up" lately thanks to the seemingly-interminable Covid 19 lockdown that we're currently experiencing. This particular series of pictures were taken as part of a Vintage Clothing Challenge instigated by the lovely ladies at That Shop & it felt both surreal & uplifting to be back to some small semblance of my old reality. I'm posing up a storm wearing a gorgeous pink & black rose-printed polyblend wiggle dress with boned bodice, off-the-shoulder neckline (thick red straps added by me) from English label The Pretty Dress Company, a pair of black suede stiletto heels with pointy-toes & patent straps from Nine West to add height & finally, a vibrant, handmade red silk floral headpiece/corsage from Anthea Crawford in my brunette bob to complete the look.
