A gorgeous, sunny Sunday morning at the beach deserves an equally resplendent ensemble. To this end, I am channeling Gidget's best friend LaRue (from the 1960s television series starring Sally Field) with some print-mixing. The tones of the shift dress' heavily patterned mirrored floral print are picked up in the larger mixed-floral print of the beautiful silk kimono, creating a look that is intricate, yet pleasing to the eye.
