Reveled in a delightfully warm & sunny Sunday morning spent exploring the Coolangatta Markets, purchasing coastal souvenirs from the varied bijou stallholders & drinking a delicious cold-pressed coffee from the bohemian Peaches' Tea Circus, pictured below:

This vintage Hawaiian muu-muu was the perfect choice for such an occasion: roomy & comfortable for meandering around, cool despite its dark hue due to the thin brushed cotton & sleeved to keep off the biting sunshine as the morning wore on. Neutral wooden accessories in the form of a multi-strand beaded necklace & bangle lightened the dark hibiscus print of the fabric - ably assisted by the new Emala beaded wooden bracelets that I purchased that morning to add that little extra "something" - while black gladiator sandals & a straw bag anchored the look. Scroll down for close-up pictures of the Emala beads & the sweet sentiment that came with them...

An equally pleasant afternoon provided multiple opportunities for "sun-worshipping" - both on the balcony & by the pool - taking time for contemplation & breaking the spine of my new novel in a cool & comfortable brightly printed cotton draped kaftan & the beaded bracelets from the morning. Namaste.
